Return & Refund policy

No Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns as a standard practice. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at nacim@nacim.ca with your order details so that we can work with you to resolve the matter.

Issue Resolution and Refunds:

• If a concern is verified and a return is deemed necessary, you will be required to return the artwork in its original condition.

• Once the artwork is received and inspected, we will process a refund via your original payment method.

• Please note that any fees—including credit card processing fees, shipping fees, and handling fees—are not refundable.
